Although this Retreat is reserved for the girls, it is designed for all ages. We will have adventures that will have modifications and support for those that may need. We will also have two cars reserved for our transportation so for those who want to leave early, etc. you will be supported in your needs.

Each morning, we will begin with a nourishing Balinese breakfast filled loaded with fresh fruits, smoothie bowls, avocado toast, and more – all designed to support your well-being.

After breakfast, we’ll come together to set our morning intentions. We’ll dive into thought-provoking discussions, journal, and explore limiting beliefs as a group. Don’t worry, I’ll guide the way.

Next, we'll venture out for exciting explorations! Expect to visit breathtaking temples, encounter monkeys and elephants, swing above the rice terraces, and bask in the sun along the Indian Ocean, just to name a few.

As the evening approaches, we’ll return to the villa to unwind. We’ll enjoy a meal together and may gather again to journal, reflect, and integrate. I like to go with how we are feeling. No pressure, no expectations.

When packing, think intentional and light! Everything you need will be there at a very affordable price!

Most attendees report wishing they packed lighter so they had room to purchase more of the outfits they saw while there!

We’ll be spending 11 days on the Island of the Gods, considering the first and last day is for arrivals and departures. 9 full days of exploration.

Bali’s laundry service is amazing! Your clothes will typically be washed, freshened, and pressed within 24-48 hours, neatly wrapped and sealed and conveniently picked up and dropped off to and from the Villa.

Be sure to leave some space in your bag for shopping! Or plan to buy an extra bag there, as many do. 

Trust me, you’ll fall in love with the local fashion and decor – all beautifully crafted by talented artisans!

Additional costs to consider are your flight, tips for drivers, all of your meals on your free days, any activity you do on your free day, spa day services, dinners at restaurants, gift shopping, souvenir items. There are a lot of beautiful things to be found in Bali!

I encourage you to convert your US dollars to Indonesian Rupiah in Denpasar when you arrive. There are plenty of kiosks to choose from.

While in Bali, it is safe and appropriate to use your bank or ATM card as all restaurants and many vendors accept tap payment. 

There are ATM’s we can visit that will accept your American ATM card and dispose Indonesian Rupiah at a more affordable exchange rate than the currency kiosks.

How much do these things cost?

- Your flight should cost somewhere between $1,500-$2,000 depending on your flight path and when you book. 

- Driver/service Tips $1-$3

- Food $5-$15/meal (fancy restaurants usually cost around $20 and that includes a beverage)

- Spa services range from $10-$40 depending on the amount of services and location

3rd step - make your payments and get excited because this is going to be epic!

After paying your registration fee, you will receive a Welcome Email. 

This Welcome Email will include a brief questionnaire. 

Once your questionnaire is completed, you will receive a text and/or email from me so we can schedule our phone call to go over more details.
