It was as if I was handed a tall glass when I was born. 

And as I grew and experienced more 

that glass was slowly filled with hard times, confusion, longing, fear and trauma. 

I found myself carrying my unique mixture into every part of my life.

After almost 40 years, I became desperate to feel better. 

On the outside, it looked as though my life was perfect. 

And in many ways it was, but how I felt about myself wasn’t. 

My health was deteriorating, my gut was wrecked and my heart began beating irregularly.

 So I sought out for help. 

I just wanted to feel better.

They say it takes a village to raise a baby, but I learned that it takes a village to raise a human!

So I sought out the best hypnotherapy practice in Atlanta; Pure Hypnosis.

 After my first session, my family noticed that I came home smiling from the inside. 

And after completing my program, my transformation was so profound!

How could I not share this with the world?

I became inspired and began training from the best in the industry

And continue learning all the latest technologies so I can offer my clients 

the very best guidance and care.

I am a Specialist in Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterning as well as a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming by Dr. Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP.

Spending time in nature is home to me.

Every chance I get, I am found exploring, hiking with my family & dogs, gardening, 

and rescuing house plants as often as I can.

A proud Mommy of 3 humans that keep me on my toes and now happily married for 20 years.

The artist in me creates wall hangings, plants hangers and dreamcatchers.
