A Gulf Coast retreat for women who do it all—focused on anti-inflammatory nutrition, hormone balance, nervous system healing, and the radical act of putting herself first.

She Comes First: The Front Burner Balance Retreat is a 4 day women’s beach experience designed for mothers, entrepreneurs, and caregivers who are ready to step out of survival mode and back into themselves.


This retreat is about:

  • Feeding your body anti-inflammatory, hormone-balancing foods
  • Calming your nervous system through nature, rest, and play
  • Releasing guilt around rest, nourishment, and pleasure
  • Remembering what it feels like to feel steady, clear, and happy again


This is not about doing more.
This is about coming back into balance—physically, emotionally, and hormonally.

Although this Retreat is reserved for the girls, it is designed for all ages. We will have adventures that will have modifications and support for those that may need.

There will be a washer, dryer and laundry soap available.


Additional costs for optional paddle boarding, dinner at a restaurant and any other extras you are interested in.


Your investment covers your accommodations and all of the food provided at the beach house. As well as audio files that will be emailed to you, of the mindset guidance you received, 


1st step - register and select your payment options.

2nd step - receive a welcome email from yours truly. That welcome email will include the itinerary and travel agent contact information. 

3rd step - make your payments and get excited because this is going to be epic! I will be in touch with you all along the way to offer information and answer any questions.


Registration fee is non-refundable. NO REFUNDS! Unless an extreme emergency out of your hands, a 50% refund (minus payment processing and convenience fees) are offered on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation must be confirmed minimally 4 months prior to retreat date.


After paying your registration fee, you will receive a Welcome Email. 

This Welcome Email will include a brief questionnaire. 


Once your questionnaire is completed, you will receive another email with your travel agent’s information and the itinerary.
