My role as a Functional Nutrition Counselor is to help you understand what your body has been trying to tell you, gently calm the inner terrain, and begin rebuilding from a place of nourishment, clarity, and ease.
Functional nutrition isn’t about quick fixes or rigid rules.
It’s about root cause work—connecting symptoms to stress, gut health, nervous system patterns, inflammation, and past experiences that shaped how you relate to food and to yourself.
Together, we bring the entire system back into balance.
I help clients identify the nutritional, emotional, and environmental patterns contributing to their symptoms, so they can finally feel relief and rebuild their health with confidence.

By calming the gut, supporting digestion, lowering the inflammatory load, and rewriting subconscious patterns around food and worthiness, we create lasting changes—not temporary motivation.
Before our first session, you’ll complete a Mood, Poop & Food Journal for three weeks. This helps me understand your daily rhythms, root causes, and subtle messages your body may already be sending.
You’ll also receive a Bristol Stool Chart to help categorize digestive patterns and symptoms.

For many clients, food sensitivity results offer powerful insight.
If your symptoms or journal patterns suggest inflammation, irritation, or possible leaky gut, we can begin this testing early so the results are ready by our first session. This helps us create a targeted plan that supports healing, reduces stress on the gut, and calms the whole system.
Most clients begin with a guided cleanse from my “Calm to the Core” framework—designed to lower cortisol, support digestion, soothe the gut lining, and reset the nervous system.
This is not a deprivation cleanse; it’s a therapeutic pause that helps your body do what it’s designed to do.
This reset makes the rebuilding phase smoother and more sustainable.
As you begin to feel better, sessions naturally become less frequent.
We take things step by step—your pace, your body, your readiness.
Between sessions, you have full access to message me with questions, updates, or concerns. Real healing requires real support, and I’m with you throughout the entire process.

How often we meet is typically every 4-6 weeks. Each time we meet, we will go over your symptoms and nutrition and set you up on another 4-6 week protocol.
